Wii Fit Plus is a fitness video game by Nintendo for the Wii console. As with the original Wii Fit release, Wii Fit Plus is designed, as its name implies, to improve the user's fitness. The game contains a large number of activities that fall into a variety of categories, including: yoga, aerobics, strength training and balance games. There are yoga exercises, strength training, and many, many mini games. Each game or exercise starts with a brief introduction that you can skip. The games and exercises are challenging and fun.

mini exercises are the major add over the previous version. f you need more guidance, you can choose from 5 options for a pre-made routine (Lifestyle, Health, Youth, Form, & Combine). Users will also be able to choose from specialized workout routines that focus on all-around individual personal fitness goals or certain target areas. mix and match which strength and yoga activities they prefer on a given day. The seamless exercise flows make it easier than ever for users to maintain their daily workout routines. Their are a couple more serious sections, Yoga and Weight Training. have sweat and a great time doing it.

Wii Fit Plus also keeps track of how much you've worked out, what your calorie burn was and you can even import your external Wii workouts. The tracking capability is nice, complete with graphs, and a visual calendar. t calculates your BMI from your user-entered height and a balance board-measured weight. The weight measurement seemed a little off. One of the nice feature is the graph section, you can see you BMI, weight, time spent on the wii fit plus. they progress in these they will level up in each, gaining points, setting high scores and unlocking more activities! It is genuinely fun! You will yourself playing every day.

Wii Fit Plus is sold bundled with a Balance Board Wii, as well as separately for existing Wii Balance Board owners. majority of the activities to a single player orientation, various activities throughout the game support up to eight players in alternating play. The Balance board is really well build. It feels solid and it does so much. when you lean left or right the board is little need adjustment to register.
